I have extensive experience of using dramatherapy with children and adolescents who have ASD in mainstream and special needs schools.
The Sesame Dramatherapy approach I use aims to promote positive awareness of self and others and, when applied in schools, it uses the creativity of young people to enhance their personal and social skills. The emphasis I place is on building a therapeutic relationship through dramatherapy techniques in order to enable clients to express their needs where words and communication may be difficult and at times challenging.
One to one and small group therapy is offered.
